An in-home consultation is required to determine the staging needs of the home. Our consultation price is $150 and usually takes 1-2 hours to complete. A written report will cost an additional $100. Homeowners are encouraged to take notes during the consultation.
We begin with a complete walk-through of your home. During this time we discuss your needs, your timeline and our suggestions for your home. We will evaluate your home from the buyer’s perspective.
What we provide...
A comprehensive staging consultation that completely covers the property starting with the curb appeal, addressing each space in the home including the backyard. We will discuss all recommendations and come up with the “to do” list, as well as the action plan.
